Sarah Fuentes

Sarah Fuentes was born and raised from El Paso Texas and has had a passion for dance since she was 12 years old. When she went into high school she danced under Naomi Baeza all four years, participating in many dance performances for the campus as well as out of town competitions. Later Sarah begin studying dance at El Paso Community College under dance director Christina Mitchell, as well as other professors such as Marta Katz, Sara Jackiewicz, and Pamela Turley. Miss Sarah had the opportunity to take some classes in 2015 with ballet instructor Marta Katz who is director of El Paso Ballet Theatre; she attended as many technique classes as she could, with instructors such as Katz, Leslie Lopez, and Yespari Miller. While Sarah has been attending community college, she has had the pleasure to attend the workshop American College Dance Association and be part of EPCC's dance club known as Canvas Dance.
