HNCB offers a bridge between training and a career in the arts, nurturing dancers who are ready to move beyond the classroom and onto the stage. Company members receive regular technical and repertory training, professional costuming, and a $50 stipend for each performance or booking. We also invest in our dancers by covering the costs of promotional materials, professional photography, and company merchandise—ensuring that you are equipped not only for today’s opportunities, but for the future you are building.
We welcome dancers aged 18 and older, with our current members ranging from 20 to 35 years old. Our rehearsal schedule—Saturdays evenings and Sundays mornings—supports a balanced lifestyle, allowing you to pursue your passion while honoring your commitments beyond the studio.
At HNCB, we create original, compelling productions that premiere on respected stages across El Paso and Las Cruces. Our dancers also appear as guest artists at community celebrations, school programs, and corporate events, gaining valuable experience in a variety of professional settings. Each performance is a chance not just to entertain, but to connect, inspire, and leave a lasting impression.
